Assuming that you've already tried the usual steps of restarting your iPhone and resetting it to factory conditions (which if I understand the issue correctly are in my estimation unlikely to help), then you'll need to contact Apple Support or take your iPhone to an Apple Store or authorized service center for diagnosis and service.

As for the ‘slanted’ displays when you turn on your TV, it’s hard to picture what you mean by this. Can you post a photo? How close are they to the TV?
