Bluetooth disconnects on macbook air m2

I use a mouse and keyboard with bluetooth on my Macbook air m2 several times a day all bluetooth devices disconnect momentarily and reconnect after a very short time, some days it happens very little, some days it becomes annoying

How do I fix intermittent Bluetooth connectivity issues with MacBook Pro M1 and Caldigit TS4? I have 2 MBP M1Pros and a Caldigit TS4. I plug the TS4 into the MBP I need to use (a swap). Great setup. I use a wired BT Magic KB on the TS4. Recently, my Bluetooth (BT) devices occasionally stop working and won't connect (even the wired connected BT KB). I end up forgetting them, futzing around, and, with luck they connect again. Sometimes they start working magically, like after I give up for a while. Anyone have this issue with BT devices, and, more importantly, the fix? BTW I'm not sure if the TS4 has anything to do with it. My BT mouse with its transceiver plugged into the TS4 always works. Bluetooth won't stay connected between Macbook Air and Cricut Explore Air 2 Hello, I have a MacBook Pro and the connection between my Cricut Explore Air 2 lasts just a few seconds. I don't have any issues with my other BT connections. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
