water under my screen

Just 2 hour ago when I was coming home from office in heavy rain... accidentally water got into bag and got in to my macbook Air M1..when I reach home I Saw water was stuck in my display...at first there was only water mark afer an hour...on corner of screen start showing high contrast light...will it spread more resulting in screen damage?? What should I do..here are both images before and after

It's highly likely that the water will indeed spread and cause further damage, quite possibly shorting out the screen, or even the main logic board in the computer if the water were to seep inside (which may have happened during the rain anyway). You will need to take the Mac to an Apple Store or service center for repair. If you purchased AppleCare+ for the Mac when you bought it, the repair should be covered for their flat fee. If you don't have AppleCare+, then you're going to have to pay the full price, which may well including replacing the screen and possibly other components, though a tech will need to examine it to know.
