eSIM Not Supported

Was with red pocket and an iPhone 14 Pro for a year and unlocked now. Ported out to US Mobile BUT QR code sent numerous times, could not activate! “eSIM not supported”!!! Reset, still no success! Was asked to check hundred times if it’s “NO SIM RESTRICTION”! Contact red pocket if the phone was still locked in their system; the agent claimed once the account is closed (ported out), it’s all set! Back and forth for too many times! Finally US Mobile gave me one last chance: i used another iPhone of mine to activate this QR code, and it worked perfectly! And then i tried to transfer this number back to that iPhone 14 Pro, “Transfer Not Supported”!!!!!!! I bought another eSIM (new number) from Lycamobile, just to see if it work or not! Same thing: eSIM Not Supported!!! Please help!!!
