I don't have access to settings to check my Apple ID, iCloud+, Media & Purchase. How can I fix it?

Do you have access to the Settings app? If you do and don't see your name as the top listing when you access it make sure you are signed into your Apple ID. If you don't see the Settings app at all try scrolling all the way right on your phone until you get to the App Library screen. From there you may see it, or if not you can search for it using the search field at the top of the screen.
