I signed out of find my Device and I signed out and deleted my iCloud on my iPhone 11 and then I factory reset it

Device and I signed out and deleted my iCloud on my iPhone 11 and then I factory reset it now it is showing that I have to put in a pass code so I put in the last pass code on you so I don’t need it until I got it iPhone unavailable for eight hours I have no access to a computer or to iTunes or have any access to the iCloud that was associated with the phone I have another iPhone can’t use it to unlock the other one because I cannot get it connected to any service or Wi-Fi it says SOS what do I do I need help because my iPhone 7 is Giving me problems
