audio renderer error (mac)

hi!! i have a 2021 macbook pro after updating to Version 14.6.1 (23G93) and upon opening youtube today i am stuck with the error “audio renderer error. please restart your computer.” , and video/audio are not playing on QuickTime player/music application on mac .i’ve restarted it plenty of times, updated the computer, cleared caches and cookies, checked my sound settings, and nothings working. i think there a issue of audio rendering on mac
