For weeks they have been charging me 7.99 for something that I don't even use and I can't find what they are charging me, they don't write anywhere what it is 7.99 please help

If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support
That should help you identify where this charge is coming from. It may well be that someone has gotten your credit card information and is using it fraudulently in which case you need to contact your bank.
