I was debited for an unauthorised transaction but I received an email from Apple a week ago that I have been refunded for the purchase but I am yet to receive a credit on my account. How do I request for the refund ARN for easy tracking and when will the refund reflect?

You would need to contact Apple Support for assistance. Whether they could provide an ARN I have no idea.

Today is exactly a month that I received the email for my refund but I have not been credited on my Visa card. What could be the possible reason for the delay? Also, I contacted my bank and I was told to provide the transaction ARN but I am yet to receive a reply from Apple after I requested for it about two weeks ago. Can anyone help me out?
