The Nebula App is charging me but I never signed up to pay for it and it is not listed in my subscriptions.

Same as all the other people asking about Nebula. There is a charge on my credit card, but I did not subscribe!! What chance do I have of getting my money back, nil.

I couldn’t find any clear info about this being a recurring payment before I made the purchase, which was really confusing. On top of that, I’ve been having trouble managing or canceling this in the app - the “My Plan” section just keeps showing a loading screen, and I can’t adjust anything. I also checked my iPhone Settings under Payment & Shipping, but the subscription doesn’t even appear there, which seems strange. I reached out to their customer support through the app, but I haven’t heard back after several days, and I’m not sure what to do next. Has anyone else experienced something similar with this app? To receive the assistance with billing or refund requests, please email the Support Team at nebula.support@nebulahoroscope.com or use the "Contact Us" feature in the app. Also, cancellation guides are available in the settings menu.
