Why am I not seeing WhatsApp and Telegram in sharing options in Photos app?

This might be something to take up with WhatsApp and Telegram. The developers have to jump through Apple's hoops to ensure security, and if that's it, it's up to them. In any case, they probably have more experience with this than most folks here.

Because the developers of WhatsApp and Telegram didn't include the code, APIs, in their app which allows them to be included in the Share menu.
