You will need to ask HP if they intend to develop one. Since they have had no drivers High Sierra it's not likely they will be interested in supporting that fifteen year old printer.

If you intend to replace it be sure to select a printer with AirPrint support: About AirPrint - Apple Support. Avoid anything HP makes; their Mac support has always been poor.

If a Samsung universal printer driver (such as the V3.93.08) cannot be used here, and since the CLP-620ND seems to support PCL5 and PCL6 (in addition to SPL-C), you may want to check whether a generic PCL printer driver in macOS possibly would work in this case.

Otherwise, Linux drivers appear to be available from HP for the CLP-620ND.

So, if nothing else helps, you could perhaps investigate whether a small Raspberry Pi (Linux) print server would allow this printer to be used with a modern Mac (or iPhone/iPad) in an AirPrint-like way.
