Windows 11 File Explorer only displays Trash folder. How do I view other folders on iCloud?

My iCloud is full. I opened up my iCloud folder on Windows 11 with File Explorer. Only the Trash folder displays and it's empty. Where are all the other folders / files that should be displayed in File Explorer so I can clean up my iCloud?
