I’ve changed the region on my iPhone and have changed it on my TV but the TV’s AppStore doesn’t reflect the change. Both are under the same account and set to the same region. I restarted multiple times and unplugged and plugged it back it.

That wasn’t helpful at all. I have moved countries and I’m well aware of everything that’s entailed with changing region on my account. Giving common knowledge doesn’t help a user solve anything.
