Can’t access now without subscription?
I previously belonged to iTunes & bought music. I no longer belong to iTunes and can’t access music I bought?

Chris, There is really no such thing as "belonging to iTunes," but I assume you ae taking about having purchased downloads from the iTunes Store? If you are still using the same Apple ID, are in the same country, and the content is still available, you may be able to redownload fresh copies at no charge. Follow the steps in here:
