I can’t log in to my Apple Watch cause of the activation lock and I got it from my friend and she doesn’t know the email to it so what do I do ??

If you got the Apple Watch from your friend, your friend must unlock it with her Apple ID. If she doesn’t know the email, you can provide Apple with the proof of purchase receipt and they can unlock it.
