Suggestions for a 4K monitor to use with a Mac mini please.

I use an LG 32-in 32UN880-B 4K UHD UltraFine Ergo monitor but there are several other LG display options. The Ergo arm allows me to rotate the display between horizontal and vertical orientations.
The UltraHD HDMI 2.1 cable that I use between my M2 Mac Mini and this display is from Belkin.
"Best" is a relative term as you can find 4K TVs for a couple $100 dollars or high end ultra color accurate and latest display technologies for thousands of dollars. It also, highly depends on your usage.
So, without knowing what generally you do on your computer and what your budget for the monitor there is no way to tell you what is best for your situation.

have both 27" monitor and 65" tv from them and is happy with the performance and quality
Most all modern aftermarket Displays will work with the Mac mini.
