Hello, good time. I have an iPhone XR. I forgot my Apple ID and password. Sir, is there a way to open it?

That is information only you would know, so if you can't figure out the email address you used, then your only option is to provice the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller to have the Activation Lock removed. A third party receipt will not be accepted. With that information, start a Support Request to remove the lock using this page.
