How can I save all of my cut, copy, paste items to the ‘shortcuts’ app and use it as a clipboard?

I’m looking for a work around to 1-click saving of copied/cut of texts/pictures to a file. I heard that ipad’s ‘shortcuts’ app might work, but I don’t know how to set it up to use it as a running clipboard. It’s a real hassle having only 1 item saved on a clipboard….bring back the last 10 clipboard saved that MS had in the beginning. I’m not looking for a 3rd party app for this.
