I have been trying to sign into the App Store however, it will not accept the address. I don't know what to do. I will fill in all the boxes however, the I hit continue it will say that I need to complete like ten things. I am located in the US and I have checked that.

You will fill in the boxes (indicates you have not yet done so) or you have filled in the boxes (indicates you have filled them in)?
I am trying to it will not allow me because I am signing in with a new account for the first time. Settings will not ,et me open it.
