I went on my bank account to realize y’all charging me for things more than once, I’m not gonna say again. GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY 😐 wanna mad or what, gimme my money hear Ort….

We are not Apple so cannot look up Apple's sales transactions. Start here:


If you see 'apple.com/bill' on your billing statement - Apple Support


The  most important part is "View Your Purchase History." Do that. 


If you history does NOT show the charge, then is is possible someone has access to your card/account number and is pretending to be Apple. It happened to us. If that is the case, Apple cannot fix this. Only your bank or card issuer can address fraudulent use.


If your history shows the charge, continues with instructions in that article.




NOTE: If you use Apple's Family Sharing, you must modify one view option when looking at your purchase history to see the full picture. See:



If you web-search financial sites for "Apple itunes scam" you will find plenty of articles detailing this decade-old scam, like this one:

You have posted to a user-to-user site. We are all users here......just like you. This was explained to you in the Terms of Use Agreement for this site, which you signed. You must have somehow missed that information. No one here can help with your billing issue.
