I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max 2022 but not all sim is work in my phone because it’s carrier locked, I request to you please carrier unlock my phone carrier to all network

The original owner needs to unlock the phone from the carrier that they had. Apple cannot do that and the carrier will not provide any information to you because you were not the owner of the account that had it locked. You have no idea if the original owner met the terms of the agreement they had with the carrier to have the phone unlocked and the carrier will not share any information about the previous owner with you. Return the phone. If you purchased it from an unknown seller and do not have an option to return it, then don't do that because the phone will not be able to be used on any other carrier.
