Is there a way to erase all history of my podcasts and start anew?

I use Itunes on a PC running Win11. My iTunes library was begun decades ago on a PC running Win7. I began having trouble on my old PC after upgrading to Win10. My music library is fine but my podcasts subscriptions are a mess. I'm unable to delete podcasts. I had hoped when I set up iTunes on my new PC that this mess would disappear, but alas, it is still with me. And with some of the podcasts I have double entries. When I used the option to show the file in Windows File Explorer so that I could delete it (since I couldn't delete it from iTunes, what I discovered, belatedly, was that both entries had been pointing to the same file. Perhaps if I go on the website I can download it to add it back but refreshing doesn't show it as missing and downloadable. I would love to be able to start over without any history of what I've subscribed to. There are podcasts in my list that were discontinued years ago. There are no files associated with them. Thanks.
