I have a MacBook Air M2, just got a pop up in the right corner telling me my computer is infected with a virus, and that my Gmail and iCloud are infected
Im flummoxed, and do not know how to fix this problem. I am not sure if this is real or just a scam??

If you see it as a Notification in the upper right corner, then you have allowed a website to send you Notifications. Go to Safari > Settings > Websites > Notifications, and remove all websites you see there.

It's a scam. A message warning of malware will only be legitimate if you manually started a scanner or uploaded a file to a website.
