Charging cable not working is there warranty for cable

Is this an Apple charging cable? If so, as Rudegar has already mentioned, it comes with a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Regardless, you will need to have an Apple Technician examine the cable to verify this is the case ... if your goal is to get a replacement at little or no cost to you.
