I sent my friend and Apple gift E card from Spain to US is 12 hours she didn’t recive it I don’t know what to do who to contact ?
I sent and through apple website not Apple ID now I don’t know who to resend or how to cancel it please show me a way .

Since you sent the Gift Card from Apple's website and not from the App Store, the previous link is not going to be much help and the steps to resend the Gift Card will not work. There is one important note that may apply:
I suggest you contact Apple directly for any resolution as sending the Gift Card on Apple's website should only take 1 hour. Let us know what Apple has recommended and the solution that was provided.
In most jurisdictions, Apple Gift Cards cannot be refunded. Try contacting Apple Support for more help.
After buying your Apple e-gift card from the website, did you receive any kind of confirmation or receipt email, there may be a resend gift button there.
I hope she recive it in 24 hours the problem is this i didn’t buy via Apple ID I bought it via website and I don’t know when you don’t buy from Apple ID how you resend the gift ?
Yeah they confirm and told in one hour you will recive but didn’t have other option

They have canceled the gift but hasn’t give money back or refund as far as I didn’t buy through Apple ID i don’t know how to ask for a refund as they didn’t send me .
