After a reset all settings iPhone says upgrade

after I reset all settings my iPhone came back on white screen and at the bottom of the screen it says upgrade can't shut phone off makes you put your passcode in and looks like it's installing something on my phone and my passcode is still on the phone had weird pdf file after that it wasn't there before it's happened on both iPhone 12 Pro Max and my iPhone 13 now phone gets super hot cam turns on settings change has any one ever seen this happen to there iPhone

A normal user like me does not want to know what these analytics/diagnostic data mean.

These are meant for diagnosis when the iPhone goes for service or repair at the Apple Authorised Service Center.
