Why does my iPhone 14 Pro show incorrect Geo location?

i have an issue on my iPhone 14 Pro with geo location. I live in Louisiana. I try to but tickets for a certain site and you must be in Louisiana in order to buy them however the company says I am outside the geo location! I have a secondary iPhone which will allow me to do so! I have called Apple support to no avail and have completely restored my phone and same issue. So is there anything else or someone I can reach out too? Thanks

The geolocation is probably best-guessed from the IP address by the content provider. For mobile on cellular, the IP address would be assigned from the mobile service provider. Could it be that these two phones use different carriers? Could it be that one of these two phones uses Wi-Fi? Could it be that one of these two phones uses a VPN?

I would presume that Apple Support had you check this but just to confirm, you've checked the location services settings:

Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services

for whatever app you're trying to use to buy these tickets and confirmed that the app is allowed to report the location? If so, does Maps correctly report your current location?
