"Removing" Apple Pay From Uber / Uber Eats

Noticed a year-old question with the same issue I was having regarding removing Apple Pay from Uber (mine was Uber Eats). While there doesn't seem to be a way to actually remove Apple Pay from linking with Uber if you've ever used it, there is a bit of a workaround that involves Uber One.

1. Go to your Account
2. Uber One area
3. Scroll down to Manage Membership
4. Under Payment Details is Payment Method
5. When changed to a different method in this area, this allowed me to use another payment method in the rest of the app

An unnecessary hassle, but it worked.
