How do I find my stolen iPhone?

So yesterday i lost my phone it was at night i rushed to home to look at find my and it said that is was fallen on a street it was already late so i tought let me do it tomorrow so the next day was there and the phone was not there somoene took it my phone had zero battery so it did not update

the last update i saw was 200 meters away from the first location and that

was 12:00 i go there and the phone was not there so i immideantly did the lost phone thing that u cant unlock it

and that u need to call a number but thats already 10 hours ago and still the exact same location do yall think the location can still reset ? Im scared if he switched a sim or already reset the phone can someome pls help me
