My iPhone was lost, and was not signed in to my Apple ID
I logged out my apple id from phone and phone got stolen.

Then you will never see the phone again. If it has a passcode your data are safe; if not, you need to start canceling credit cards and changing passwords for all of your accounts.
Even if it was still logged in to your Apple ID you would probably never see it again, but at least the thief couldn’t use it.
