Box set that I purchased is not showing up in my library

Hi, can anyone tell me why my box set that I purchased is not showing up in my library? I even called Apple support and they couldn’t fix it.

Thank you for your response. I purchased a box set of series 4 to 5. However, it isn’t showing in my library.

When I purchase individual series, it’s in my library. The boxset purchase isn’t showing. Therefore my library is not up-to-date with the correct number of series I’ve purchased.


series 4 to 5 is not showing in the library.
