Czech Translation

Why is there no Czech language in Apple's Translate app?

When we try to use Safari, it doesn't translate pages from Czech to English or any other language available in Translate.

That's why I keep using Google Chrome.

If Safari allowed the Google Translate extension, that would be great.

Norwegian is not in the apple translate list I would like to add Norwegian (Bokmål) to my downloaded languages in the Translate app, but it's not on the list that I see in the app settings (which is surprisingly a very short list). Is there a way to add it?

The Translate application cannot download languages for local use When you click on the language download button - the ⬇️ icon changes to ⏹️, but the ring diagram doesn't fill in around it - the download doesn't go through.
