Why is my Apple ID account banned?

If your account has been permanently closed, Apple will not provide specifics. That's just the way they do things. I suggest you read Legal - iCloud - Apple because they refer to various reasons there. You just have to see if one applies to you. Typically it appears to be because they suspect other people have access to your account, or the account is being used contrary to the terms of service.

If your Apple ID account has been disabled for security reasons, you can reset your password to regain access.
