Icon gone
Photos icon removed. How do I restore it?

Removed from where, the Dock?
First, you can always do ⌘-space to bring up Spotlight, and type in "Photos"
You can look in the Applications folder, find Photos, and drag it to the Dock.
You can also run Launchpad from the Dock or Spotlight, and drag the Photos icon to the Dock from there.
