Worked for me in. MBP 15” mid 2012

LoI followed the described methodogy after a clean install of Catalina. Worked OK the first time. Then, the AppStore ask me for an update and after rebooting ☹️🙁. I did all the thing again…☹️🙁. Didn’t work. Then, the AppStore ask me for a new update. Wired to Ethernet I did it again. After rebooting ☹️🙁. With new hope I restore the WiFi drivers again (after the second update) doing all the steps again. After rebooting 😳😀😃, full WiFi. I suggest to keep the Kexts folder and the instructions in a pen drive.
