I am unable to reinstall from my Apps because the iTunes app does not appear in the App store.
I also tried to locate it through my finder but nothing pops up

Ventura does not support iTunes.
As mentioned, iTunes was removed with Catalina, 4 versions prior to Ventura.
If you need anything from iTunes, you can find it on Ventura in either the Music App, the TV App, or the Finder.
Why do need iTunes for?

Catalina and above split the functions of iTunes up; use the new applications or the Finder instead.
If you're on Mojave, reinstall the OS.
If you're on High Sierra or earlier, click here.

Thank you so very much for your reply. I did look on my operating system and I do have Ventura. I do not know if this is helpful or not. The iMac is from 2017. I don’t know if what you asked me to do applies to Ventura. I’d appreciate any insistence, thank you
I have an old ipad that I use as a reader. I forgot the passcode and needed to reset it. I was not able to reset it using the conventional way to reset your passcode on this older iPad. Trying to correct this, I looked on Apple support and read that I needed a desktop computer and iTunes in order to reset it.

You can use the Finder instead of iTunes.
