granddaughter added my account information for apple pay and i. red to cancel it

Your daughter or the bank can remove the card. Your daughter can log out of her Apple ID and that will remove the card from her Wallet. However, she cad it again if she still has your account details.
Your bank can also revoke the token the account uses. Apple can’t do that without the banks permission.
