Iphone 7+ can’t play videos in any platform unless it’s connected to my non-apple bluetooth earphones

How can I fix my Iphone 7plus? Home button doesn’t work anymore. The fingerprint sensor still works but doesn’t work as a home button anymore. It can’t play videos and doesn’t produce sounds in any platform including the video player in gallery UNLESS IT IS CONNECTED ON MY NON-APPLE BLUETOOTH EARPHONES.
