import itunes itl from mac to a pc

My old Mac crashed. Just had enough time to drop out the itunes folders (media, albums covers and libriary playlist ) to a external drive. Make the story short, i´m have to work whitout a mac for a while and by now have a windows pc whit itunes for windows app instaled.

I "move in" the folders into the music folder of the pc itunes. The media and albums did , but the playlist file ( .itl) is unregconized by the pc itunes. Searching on internet, seems that i have to convert the flie ti xlm. Don´t have access to a another mac, to do that.

There´s a way to convert that online or convert in the same pc? perhaps, any way to import successfuly the .itl file and itunes machtes it whit the alredy import media folder?
