I recently had to change the mail to which my Apple ID was created. But even after changing, it still appears as my old email. Does anyone know how to change the email handle that I have circled here ?

I misunderstood your question. The ID never changes. That is your Apple ID. However, the email associated with the ID does.
Hey this still doesn’t change that email handle appeared there even though it’s not linked to the Apple ID anymore. Even when I use the passkey it still says my old gmail as Apple ID.
Can apple id handle be changed ?
