Lost watch without find my activated
I lost my watch that doesn’t have “find my” linked to my phone. However, my phone does link up to my watch for workouts, etc. Is there any way to find it?

Sorry, but "Find my" is the only way to locate your Apple Watch:

Find My is the only way that you can track or locate a lost or missing device. If Find My isn't enabled on your watch before it goes missing, there is no other Apple service that can find, track, or otherwise flag your device for you.
