Because the Dynamic Island is only for iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, or iPhone 15 and later. Your iPhone 11 has a regular notch. And you can’t change that unless you trade it in for the mentioned iPhones I’ve said (iPhone 14 Pro/Max, iPhone 15 and later).
