I have a pre order for an iPhone 16 Pro Max 512 GB to pick up on 9/22 at 11-11:15 pm. Do I have to go right at this time? what happens if i delay the pickup? can i pick up the iPhone later o Do I risk anything by doing this?

“Delay”? “Later”? If you show up at 11:30 instead of 11:15 (assuming the Apple Store is still open), that shouldn’t be a problem. If you show up on 9/29 instead of. 9/22 you should expect your iPhone to no longer be available.
Note, however, that if you show up later than your scheduled appointment, you may have to wait until an Apple employee has time to work with you (not that you may not have to wait anyway; how long any given appointment will take is impossible to predict so things can run late). I have little doubt that the day will be jammed.
