delay in shipping Apple Watch 10?

The new Apple Watches will be available September 20th, and you will not receive your Watch before then. There is no delay in shipping, Apple is just holding the shipment until the release date.

It is possible that means it is currently on a cargo ship until it reaches the port of entry into my country, and then it will be selected, have a shipping label slapped on it, and then change to Shipped.

Apple did say during the keynote that they were going to improve their "Green" energy use by using more bulk cargo shipping, and less air shipping.

Finally received my Titanium iWatch 10 with stainless steel band on October 10th!!! Hope y’all are getting yours. My first status change was 2 days prior. Overnight shipping.

Mine went from preparing to shipped and now delayed all in 1 day. So bummed. It said it would be delivered on 9/20 now it says on 9/21 - 9/24 and if it’s not shipped by 10/4, they will issue a refund. I ordered the 42mm silver with sport band. I don’t want a refund…I want my watch ☹️

The thing that’s crazy is I ordered it the first day you could order. It confirmed my pick up time, the same time I picked up my new phone… that was available fine. But the watch, nobody seemed to know why it was delayed and nobody had the ability to help me understand why.

Unfortunately, due to the high demand for the new Apple Products this year, I wouldn’t be surprised if there were delays. Stay in there, you’ll get your watch soon.

I also ordered an Apple Watch on Sept 9. Today is September 19 and my Apple Watch order says it will be delivered tomorrow, on September 20, but Apple has yet to charge my account and I've received no shipping update. I doubt it will arrive tomorrow.

My Apple Watch has moved from "Preparing to Ship" to "Shipped". Drilling down, I can see that UPS has the Apple Watch and is moving it from location where Apple gave the package to UPS, and it is now moving to a UPS facility in my area. I assume that will take 7-8 hours of travel times based on the 2 end-points, unless there are intermediate stops along the way. Then it should be put on a UPS delivery truck for dropped off at my home Friday.

I ordered my watch and it was to be ready this morning for a 9:30-9:45 pick up. I was told it was delayed yesterday. I just left the store after spending two hours there with no new watch. They said to chat with Apple. The chat said it was too busy. Called the helpline, an hour wait. Horrible experience unfortunately.

My watch says it wont be here till Sept 23?

Mine has said Oct. 7-14 Since I ordered it on the first day. No change, no update.

I ordered Hermes apple watch Series 10 since 17 October and it still shows preparing.
