ipad storage stuck help please! 🙏🙏🙏

so i was just drawing, when the "ipad full storage" pop-up came up..so i tried to press the "not now" button but it didnt work, now its always there and its not letting me press anything...it wont even let me restart my ipad, i cant enter my password, it wont let me click the setting option either
