macOS cursor not changing

This is a system issue that prevents the application from obtaining the correct events. I tried to review this process in part of the application, and it was very easy!

I reproduced this process in some applications (Chrome, Safari, Terminal...):

  1. Switch to Chrome
  2. Switch to the desktop to make Chrome lose focus
  3. Right-click on the window where Chrome is located

At this point, I found that Chrome can no longer change the cursor in special positions like links.

Through this command, it can be observed that Chrome, Safari, and Terminal did not trigger any cursor switch events.

sudo fs_usage -f filesystem Google\ Chrome | grep -i "cursor\|mouse"

I have tried:

  1. Restarting the computer
  2. Reinstalling the operating system
  3. **
  4. Changing the device used
