My updated iCloud terms and conditions are in German.

There are new iCloud Terms and conditions on my iPhone. When I try to read them, I get them in German! I'm based in the UK and I don't t speak German! I cannot agree to these, I have no idea what they are! Scrolling down to the bottom, there is no switching language option. I have also requested to have them sent by email, but the email never arrives!
