I subscribe to I tunes match for $24.99 per month and Apple Music $109.00 annual. Is there a better rate for me for I tunes match? I just listen to the Apple Music and NPR on I Tunes match. I never purchase any of the songs?

You don't need to subscribe to both.
Apple Music already does everything iTunes Match does and additionally offers access to the Apple Music Catalog. You can cancel iTunes Match and just keep Apple Music or cancel Apple Music and just keep iTunes Match if you don't need access to the Apple Music subscription service music catalog.
Can I get a better rate for iTunes Match?
