I just upgraded to Watch OS 11 and my customized watch face is no longer available.

I just upgraded to Watch OS 11. I had a customized watch face, Chronograph with complications as follows: Top left: temperature, Top right: stopwatch, bottom right: activity, bottom left: compass, middle: Day/date. Apparently this arrangement is not doable any more. I've got something close now with Utility that only allows complications at top left and right and bottom center. No complications can be chosen for middle or for bottom left and right. How can I get my previous watch face back, or can I?
